Terms & Conditions

These Site Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (the “Site”), which publishes independent editorial content about Aviator, the crash game from Spribe, and evaluates the licensed casinos distributing it. Using this Site means you accept these Terms fully. If you cannot accept them, stop using this Site.

What this Site is: an editorial and affiliate publisher. Not a casino. Spribe developed Aviator and licenses it to casino operators who run it on their own regulated platforms. We describe how the game works, compare the operators offering it, and receive referral commissions when readers sign up at those operators through our links. Everything about the actual gambling experience belongs entirely to the casino platforms.

These Terms are written plainly. The contact form is there for anything that needs further explanation or clarification.

// Eligibility

Where using this Site is a step toward real-money casino play, the following must all be currently true for you:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum gambling age applicable where you are located.
  • Accessing gambling editorial content and registering at an online casino is fully legal under every applicable law at your current location.
  • No active self-exclusion, court order, or comparable legal restriction prevents you from gambling.

We cannot verify these individually. Responsibility rests with you and with any casino where you register. Where we have reasonable grounds to believe a visitor does not qualify, we may restrict access without notice.

Why the eligibility requirement has real substance here

These conditions matter specifically for Aviator. The game presents a multiplier that starts at 1.00× and rises in real time. The player must press a cashout button before the plane crashes. The crash point is determined before the round begins using provably fair cryptographic algorithms – neither Spribe nor the casino can change it mid-round, and it cannot be predicted by any player. Cashing out at a higher multiplier yields a larger return on the stake, but holding too long and missing the crash means the entire stake is lost. Approximately 97% RTP, high volatility, no fixed maximum multiplier. The real-time pressure of the cashout decision, combined with high volatility that creates extended losing streaks and wide outcome distribution, makes this a game that genuine adults need to understand before putting real money in.

// What This Site Is and Does

We publish editorial content explaining Aviator in practical terms: how the rising multiplier and cashout mechanic work and why the timing of the cashout decision is the primary risk management action in each round; why the crash point is unpredictable even though it is predetermined by a provably fair algorithm; how the auto-cashout feature allows pre-committing to an exit multiplier from a calm position before session pressure arises; what approximately 97% RTP means as a long-run average and why individual sessions can deviate significantly from it; what high volatility means for realistic session planning, stake sizing, and bankroll management; and how Spribe’s licensing framework relates to the casinos distributing the game. We also compare and evaluate those casinos. We do not:

  • operate Aviator or maintain any connection to Spribe or its infrastructure;
  • handle any financial transaction of any kind;
  • access player accounts at any casino;
  • guarantee Aviator is configured identically at every distributing casino, as operator parameters may vary.

Spribe holds MGA and other international licenses. Each distributing casino holds its own separate regulatory license and carries full responsibility for all gambling on its platform. If something goes wrong at a casino you found through this Site, that casino is your contact. We hold no player data and cannot act.

Why the auto-cashout feature shapes our guidance

The auto-cashout feature is the most structurally important responsible gambling tool in Aviator and the one we describe and recommend throughout all our Aviator content. The manual cashout decision is made in real time while the multiplier is climbing and session pressure is active. The auto-cashout is set before the round begins, from outside that pressure, and fires automatically at the pre-set target without requiring any action from the player in the moment. It removes the primary source of loss escalation in crash games – holding past a rational exit because the multiplier is still rising – and is why we consistently recommend it as the primary in-game protective mechanism.

// Revenue

We earn affiliate commissions when visitors we refer register at partner casinos and deposit. That is the full model. It keeps content here free.

Commissions come from casino marketing budgets. They cost you nothing and change nothing about how Aviator plays. The multiplier mechanic, the provably fair crash determination, the auto-cashout function, the approximately 97% RTP, and the theoretical unlimited maximum multiplier are all Spribe product features. Referral commissions are irrelevant to all of them. You receive the same game and terms as any player who found the same casino through any other route.

Commercial terms do not determine which casinos we feature or what we write about them. Every casino evaluated for Aviator coverage meets the same criteria regardless of commission: a current verifiable license; clear and readable bonus, withdrawal, and stake terms; a correctly functioning Aviator integration including working auto-cashout and accessible provably fair verification; accessible responsible gambling tools in standard account settings; a functioning demo mode; and confirmed mobile performance. Fail any criterion and the casino is not listed, whatever it pays us. We re-evaluate listed casinos periodically and update or remove listings when conditions change.

// Accuracy

We describe Aviator based on Spribe’s published information: approximately 97% RTP, high volatility, multiplier starting at 1.00×, provably fair crash determination, manual and auto-cashout options, MGA and international licensing. Spribe can change any parameter without notice. Casino implementations may vary.

No guarantee that every published detail matches what any specific casino is running at any given moment. The approximately 97% RTP is a long-run average, not a session prediction. High volatility means significant session variance. Nothing here is gambling, financial, or legal advice.

// Mechanics and Volatility

Three things about Aviator that commonly cause confusion for new players and that we address consistently. First: the crash point is unpredictable even though it is determined before the round begins. The provably fair system means no party can alter it mid-round, but the algorithm is designed to prevent prediction. Second: the auto-cashout feature is a tool for pre-committing to an exit from a calm position – it is different from simply setting a high multiplier as a target, because it removes the temptation to override the cashout in real time during the round. Third: high volatility means sessions can include runs of very early crashes that reduce the balance significantly before any large multiplier appears. Bankroll management relative to session variance is more critical in Aviator than in lower-volatility formats.

What the RTP figure means

On the RTP: approximately 97% is a long-run average computed across a very large number of rounds. At this figure, Aviator has one of the higher RTPs in the casino game category. What it does not mean: that each session will return 97% of what was staked, or that any run of losses will be followed by a correcting run of wins. Each round is entirely independent. The crash point for any round has no relationship to the crash points of rounds that came before it. Sessions in a high-volatility game can experience sustained negative variance before the aggregate average reasserts over a much larger sample.

// Responsible Gambling

Aviator is high volatility with a real-time cashout decision made under session pressure. The auto-cashout feature is the primary structural protection: setting it before a session at a realistic, pre-committed multiplier removes the in-round temptation to hold past a rational exit. Pre-session deposit and loss limits provide the outer boundary. GamCare (www.gamcare.org.uk) and BeGambleAware (www.begambleaware.org) offer free, confidential support. Our Responsible Gambling page addresses these topics fully.
